Welcome to my humble and small housing design portfolio! I was an interior design IRL, and decided to venture into housing designs in FFXIV. I've only designed apartments, small and medium sized houses so far.Click on the images below to view the full photo sets~

Commission Prices
Apartment - 2M
Small - 5M
Medium - 10-15M (Price varies on design and complexity)
Prices indicated are exclusive of housing furnishingsDesign Process
1. You can contact me via Twitter or Discord DM if you're interested in getting me to do up a housing design for you!
2. I will discuss design details, themes, pricing and timelines with you. It will be very helpful if you have links and reference images to your desired build. The above indicated prices are inclusive of the following:
- A draft of your design
- 1 major edit and 3-5 minor edits to the draft design
- Any excessive edits will be charged accordingly
3. Upon confirming the drafts, I will then do up a finalized draft for you with the help of dark arts (aka MakePlace). This will enable you to fully preview your future housing detail, whilst saving you gil from me overbuying materials (*/ω＼)
4. I will then draft out an excel sheet of the required furnishings, and I would require you to place the furniture in the house. Once this is completed, I will then jump in and start the building process!
